Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic, analytical and customer-focused Product Manager with proven experience in the IT industry.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or Product Management certification is a plus).
• 2 to 5 years years of product management experience working with and leading cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in product management or agile methodologies (CSPO, AIPMM, Pragmatic, Scrum Product Owner) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, build, and communicate the product vision, strategy and long-term roadmap.

• Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.

• Work closely with developers and QA to ensure features meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Provide clear functional and technical acceptance criteria, sign-offs, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases.

• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and product specifications for engineering teams.

• Lead product planning, sprint prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals.

• Act as a Product Owner, ensuring continuous delivery by maintaining a healthy backlog, monitoring development progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely releases.

• Work with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategies, feature releases, and product positioning.

• Gather and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to guide product decisions.

• Identify and implement process improvements in product development and delivery to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

• Monitor product KPIs, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Drive continuous improvements based on data, insights, and customer feedback.

• Maintain a customer-first approach, deeply understanding user needs and advocating for customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

• Ensure an exceptional, user-first product experience in every release.

Key Skills Required

• Mandatory prior experience in an IT or technology-focused company.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, agile frameworks, and user-centered design.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Figma, Confluence, Google Analytics, etc.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into clear, actionable steps.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for building impactful products.
• Experience with SaaS products or the Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
• Strong data interpretation skills and experience working with metrics dashboards.
