Articulate Storyline Developer

As part of our expanding e-learning team, we are seeking an Articulate Storyline Developer to build interactive and engaging digital learning experiences. We are looking for a highly skilled Articulate Storyline Developer to design and develop interactive e-learning modules that align with instructional goals and deliver an impactful learner experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 and a strong understanding of instructional design principles, accessibility standards, and digital learning best practices. Key Responsibilities: E-learning Development: Design and develop interactive courses using Articulate Storyline in line with learning objectives and visual guidelines. Module Integration: Integrate multimedia elements such as voiceovers, videos, quizzes, animations, and graphics to enhance learner engagement. Template Design: Create and maintain Storyline templates and reusable assets to streamline development processes and ensure brand consistency. Functionality Testing: Conduct thorough QA testing to identify and fix bugs or inconsistencies in interactions, navigation, and media playback. Collaboration: Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, editors, and project managers to translate scripts/storyboards into high-quality digital modules. SCORM/xAPI Packaging: Package and test SCORM-compliant or xAPI-based modules for LMS compatibility and tracking. Accessibility Compliance: Ensure e-learning modules meet accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG 2.1) and are responsive where applicable. Project Documentation: Maintain accurate development documentation and version control across all project files.

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field. From 2 to 4 years of experience developing e-learning content using Articulate Storyline (preferably in a corporate or educational setting). Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360, with working knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, HTML5, and LMS platforms.
