Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate the development of our educational courses and LMS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, a passion for education technology, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets for course development and LMS projects.Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, including instructional designers, developers, subject matter experts, editors, graphic designers (2D and 3D), and post-production.Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including management and internal teams, to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.Scope Management: Define project scope, manage changes, and control project deliverables.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure that course content and LMS functionality meet high standards.Time and Budget Management: Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and control project budgets.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or a related field). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education technology or software development industry. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficient understanding of educational technology, learning management systems, and course development processes. Excellent verbal and written English skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address project challenges. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
