Purpose of the Job
Having good knowledge in electric circuit and PLC programming, hand on experience on fanuc control, Mitsubishi PLC programming and conveyor maintenance. Should have exposure on Assembly shop machines, SPM, motor shop maintenance, Injustion molding, Injection molding machine, electric oven, stamping machine and press machine. Good knowledge on Auto CADD.
- Good knowledge in bacic mechanic like hydraulic, electrical drawing, marerial selection.
- Good knowledge PLC programming and mitsubishi, Keyence, Toshiba, scheneider electric PLC, YaskawaPLC and HMI, machine troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience on PLC program alteration or modification and read the program for machine troubleshooting time.
- Should have knowledge on Yaskawa, Fanuc, Mitsubishi robotics and VFD for mitsubishi, Yaskawa.
- Maintenance KPI to record to be maintain like Spare cost/ component on various line or factory. KPI record to be prepare for MTTR, MTBF & Availability of equipment
- Have Good knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatics. Hands on experience on Fanuc control and conveyor maintenance.
- Breakdown mainteance of Injection molding shop and assembly line into shifts.
- Daily Maintenance mangement Break down and Preventive maintenance in shifts.
- System work (PPT,Excel and graphical data explination) and cost per component analysis
- Responsible/Support for New machine comissioning, Trial, New machine spare parts planning and Maintenance prevention
- Should Particiapte into Preventive and shutdown maintenance
