Purpose of the Job
Have Good knowledge of electrical drawings and Servo Drives and others in electrical equipments. Hands on experience on Pump repairing, electrical control and conveyor maintenance. Should Have Knowledge on Machine Shop Background
Good Knowledge in Servodrives, Servomotors, Linear scales and Machine VMC, VTL,turning Machines, Fanuc Robodrill Backup,
- Good knowledge in electrical drawing understanding and Troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge in Hydraulic System and Pneumatic system.
- Basic Knowledge in coolant conveyor system.
Trouble shoot electrical faults in Motor,VFD,PLC,Sensors,,Limit switches and control circuits
Replace faulty electrical components such as contacxtor,relays,fuses,switch gears and cable
Cooradinate with mechanical team and cross functional team during maintenance activities

Candidate Should have hands on experience in electrical maintenance in CNC machines like HMC, VMC, VTL Machines
Follow lockout -tagout (LOTO) and safe work pratices ,During maintenance activities.

Program and Troubleshoot issues with Mitsubishi PLCs, Fanuc robodrill machines, and other industrial machinery.
Breakdown mainteance of Machinne shop into shifts.
Daily Maintenance mangement Break down and Preventive maintenance in shifts.
System work (PPT,Excel) and cost per component analysis.
Responsible/Support for New machine comissioning, Trial, New machine spare parts planning and Maintenance prevention
Should Particiapte into Preventive and shutdown maintenance
