Responsibilities

FMS Engineer (Desktop Level Support) No. of Positions: 1  Desktop Support, Computer Hardware & Networking, Installation, MS Outlook Configuration, Basic Software Application Troubleshooting. Job profile: Installing and configuring Windows operating systems. Installed and configured various applications softwares Like MS Office, antivirus etc. Desktop Support up to Client Level, including Hardware, Software and Networking Problems. Installed, configured and maintained the regular updates of Antivirus. Installed, Configured and troubleshooted various PC Hardware Components. Outlook Configuration and Troubleshooting. Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup. Installation & troubleshooting of Local and Network printer. New Plant setup for the entire green project
