•Prompt After Sales Service

•Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers

•Supervising construction quality & testing of cement and concrete

•Receive & analyze quality related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level

•Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement

•Responsible for generation of leads from IHB and Influencers

•Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason mela, Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close co-ordination with sales team

•Involve & Engage with Influencers

•Gathering market information regarding Quality, MTC, services provides and activities conducted by competitor brands
