Manager-Process Excellence (Bangalore, India - On-site)

Responsible for embeding a culture of quality and excellence across DAMAC. Acting as custodian of the Group's governance framework, policies, Delegation of Authority (DoA), QMS and enterprise process tooling (ARIS), the role develops and continuously improves policies, procedures and process frameworks, runs quality and certification programmes, improves customer journeys and operational service processes, and drives measurable business- and process-improvement across Business Units — equally at home in corporate governance / QMS and in customer- and operations-facing process excellence. Within the EPE India Hub, the role delivers process-excellence execution, service management and reporting for the Group, coordinated by the Senior PMO Lead (India Hub Lead) for hub delivery.
