Manager-Value Realization (Bangalore, India - On-site)

Responsible for ensuring value realisation from strategic, tactical and digital initiatives across the business (numbers-and-business-case engine of the VRO Office). The role does all the value calculations, pulls together and builds the business-case analysis, recommends the value and populates the numbers and presents this to the Value Realisation Lead. Value work is owned in-house, so accuracy is critical. It drives structured value capture across P&L impact, cost avoidance, productivity and strategic outcomes, ensuring value streams are clearly mapped, monitored and aligned with business-case commitments.
