Financial Operations Oversight:

• Efficiently generate and issue invoices to clients for products or services rendered, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively manage payment collections, following up on overdue accounts, and resolving billing issues promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, company policies, accounting standards, and foreign finance management practices, staying abreast of regulatory changes and implementing necessary procedures for compliance across the globe.

Legal and Compliance Support:

• Conduct initial legal reviews of financial documents, contracts, or agreements to ensure adherence to legal requirements, coordinating with legal counsel for complex matters.
• Manage the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) process, drafting, reviewing, and executing NDAs with vendors, clients, or other parties to safeguard confidential information.

Financial Administration:

• Provide support for salary and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance with tax regulations, and timely payments to employees.
• Ensure meticulous tax compliance, including filing tax returns, calculating taxes owed, and liaising with tax authorities as required.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Preparing the MIS view for the organization
• Compile and analyse financial data to prepare comprehensive reports such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives, evaluating investment opportunities and optimising financial processes.

Risk Management and Cash Flow Optimization:

• Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate market volatility, credit risk, and liquidity risk.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity by forecasting cash needs, optimising working capital, and overseeing cash management activities.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making and transparency.

Requirements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Finance and accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
