Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Implementation:

    • Lead and coordinate the district-level execution of the Women and Child Resilience Programme.
    • Ensure adherence to project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
    • Oversee interventions related to women's empowerment, child protection, health, education, and nutrition.
  • Team Management:

    • Supervise field staff and community mobilizers.
    • Build team capacity through training and regular support.
    • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Liaise with district-level government departments (WCD, Health, Education, etc.).
    • Develop and maintain partnerships with local NGOs, community groups, and Panchayati Raj Institutions.
    • Represent the organization in relevant forums and meetings.
  • Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Track programme indicators and ensure timely data collection.
    • Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports.
    • Identify risks and escalate issues to the State Programme Manager.
  • Community Mobilization & Awareness:

    • Drive awareness campaigns on child rights, gender equality, and resilience.
    • Facilitate community meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions.
    • Encourage participation of women and children in programme activities.
