Description
Key Responsibilities:

Programme Implementation:
- Lead and coordinate the district-level execution of the Women and Child Resilience Programme.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, goals, and quality standards.
- Oversee interventions related to women's empowerment, child protection, health, education, and nutrition.

Team Management:
- Supervise field staff and community mobilizers.
- Build team capacity through training and regular support.
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with district-level government departments (WCD, Health, Education, etc.).
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local NGOs, community groups, and Panchayati Raj Institutions.
- Represent the organization in relevant forums and meetings.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track programme indicators and ensure timely data collection.
- Submit monthly and quarterly progress reports.
- Identify risks and escalate issues to the State Programme Manager.

Community Mobilization & Awareness:
- Drive awareness campaigns on child rights, gender equality, and resilience.
- Facilitate community meetings, trainings, and capacity-building sessions.
- Encourage participation of women and children in programme activities.
