Clinical Duties:
- Diagnose and treat medical conditions across age groups.
- Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and prescribe medication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Refer patients to specialists or higher-level facilities when necessary.

Preventive and Public Health Services:
- Participate in health awareness, immunization, and outreach programs.
- Monitor and report communicable diseases in line with public health requirements.
- Provide health education and counseling to patients and communities.

Administrative Duties:
- Supervise paramedical and nursing staff to ensure effective patient care.
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies, drugs, and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols and infection control policies.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits or health programs.

Emergency Services:
- Provide timely medical attention to emergency and trauma cases.
- Be available for on-call duty as required.
