MLC Teacher

• Facilitate small-group learning sessions in a micro learning centre.
• Deliver lessons in foundational subjects (literacy, numeracy, basic life skills).
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Assess students' learning levels and track individual progress regularly.
• Use activity-based and experiential teaching methods.
• Provide remedial support to slow learners.
• Encourage student participation, curiosity, and confidence.
• Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
• Support community engagement and awareness about education.
• Adapt teaching strategies based on student needs and feedback.
• Ensure proper use and care of learning materials and resources.

Requirements

• Basic teaching or tutoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multi-grade or multi-level classrooms.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Basic digital literacy (for reporting or online tools, if required).
• Fluency in local language; basic English knowledge preferred.
