Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team in Lakshadweep. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation programs to improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and enhance quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and identify treatment requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and lifestyle adjustments.
• Monitor, record, and evaluate patient progress.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on post-treatment exercises and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all treatment activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) from a recognized institution.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
