- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals in the zone.
- Supervise and guide regional managers, centre coordinators, and field teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of programs, policies, and operational standards across all centres in the zone.
- Monitor performance, productivity, and outcomes of all centres and teams within the zone.
- Conduct regular field visits, reviews, and audits to ensure quality and compliance.
- Identify operational challenges and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with senior management to report progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Manage budgets, resources, and logistics for the zone.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and data management from all centres.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, partners, and community leaders.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of staff within the zone.
- Ensure that all activities align with the organization's mission, policies, and quality standards.
