Officer Trainee

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing Department as a Trainee. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 0-1 years of experience in marketing. The Trainee will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills in various aspects of marketing while working closely with our experienced team members.Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends- Help create and maintain marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts- Support the team in organizing events and promotional activities- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals are met

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other marketing tools. Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing techniques. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask.
