Broadcast Support Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Broadcast Support Engineer to join our Technology team at DAZN's Hyderabad office. The successful candidate will play a critical role in monitoring and supporting DAZN's broadcast infrastructure, ensuring the reliable delivery of live sports content to millions of users across the globe.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of broadcast systems, playout, multicast IP networking, contribution, SRT and RTP transport protocols, and video/audio encoding technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting capability, be quick to respond during incidents, and provide detailed technical analysis supported by logs and evidence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical faults, maintaining critical broadcast systems, and working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

As this is a 24/7 operational environment, the role requires shift work and on-call support as part of a rota-based schedule.
