Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights
• Develop statistical models to forecast sales, predict customer behavior or assess risk
• Communicate complex data analysis clearly and concisely through reports, presentations and visualizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics or computer science
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and data mining
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau
