Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology and risk guidelines
• Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders
• Provide level 2/3 application support
• Field incoming incident tickets from end users to resolve application issues
• Provide root cause analysis techniques to determine cause and resolve complex system issues
• Work with onsite/regional teams across multiple technologies/applications
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Actively participate in Production issues calls
• Having banking domain functional experience
• Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization

Requirements

• Between 3.5 to 6.5 years' experience, preferably in financial services industry
• PL/SQL knowledge is mandatory, MySQL will also be preferred
• Unix: Shell Script, Windows, Linux
• Java: Core Java 8, Spring batch, Rest API, Hibernate, SOAP, SVN/Maven, JMeter, BPMN, Rule Engine, R, Python
• Web Container: Jboss
• Min knowledge on Devops Skills Required.
• HTML 5, Angular JS, JavaScript, XML, JSON
• Development and testing tool
• Tuning SQL queries to improve the performance is a bonus point
• PL/SQL knowledge is mandatory, MySQL / R / Python will also be preferred
