Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate functionality, quality and performance of new and existing banking applications and digital services
• Identify gaps, bugs and issues through exploratory, regression and integration testing and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders and developers to understand requirements and ensure testing deliverables meet expectations
• Continuously enhance automation frameworks and scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage
• Monitor application quality, identify risks and provide recommendations to ensure smooth customer experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in software testing with hands-on experience in test automation, API testing, performance and security testing
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), quality assurance processes and defect management
• Proficiency in programming, scripting languages like Java, Python, JavaScript
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
