Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute infrastructure installation and relocation projects to support business needs and growth
• Manage infrastructure moves, additions and changes to ensure smooth operations and minimal disruption to business
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards and provide updates to management
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide technical support to users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure installation, project management or related role
• Strong technical skills in areas such as server installation, networking, storage and virtualization
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
• Experience in the banking sector is an advantage
