Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell relevant products and services to expand the customer base
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve branch-level business targets and contribute to the overall growth of the distribution network
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless banking experience
  • Actively participate in community engagement activities to promote the bank's brand and reputation
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of the bank's operations
