Data Entry Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to support our data management and processing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work with large datasets while maintaining confidentiality and speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in internal databases and systems
• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Ensure data integrity and follow company data management protocols
• Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to streamline workflows

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data tools
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools, databases, or ERP systems
• Basic understanding of data validation and quality control
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
