About the role:

We at Deccan AI, are seeking a passionate and driven ProductManager with 1-3 years of experience. You will shape the direction of our products by combining insights from user & market research, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is ideal for a user-focused, detail-oriented individual excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a growth-focused role is a huge plus.

Key Responsibilities:

User-Centered Research:

• Conduct user surveys/interviews and gather insights to identify opportunities and pain points.

• Collaborate with design and development to translate user needs into product features.

Market Analysis:

• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

• Understand the target audience and their evolving needs.

Roadmap & Strategy:

• Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business goals and user feedback.

• Align cross-functional teams around product goals.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and growth teams to ensure successful product launches.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and improve products.

Growth Mindset:

• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

• Experiment with new strategies and features to drive product growth and improve key metrics.

Requirements:

• Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Hands-on experience conducting user interviews and market research.

• Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bonus Points:

• Prior experience in a growth-focused role or working on strategies for user acquisition and retention.

• Knowledge of product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc.).
