Junior Field Person in the decorative panels industry is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to learn the building materials trade and grow into a full-fledged sales professional. They report directly to a Senior Field Sales Manager or the Showroom In-Charge and operate as the "legs on the ground" for the senior team.

1. Key Responsibilities (Assistant Role)·              Sample Management: Main responsibility is ensuring that all architects, designers, and dealers have the latest physical samples, swatches, and catalogs. They manage sample inventory and delivery logistics.
·              Dealer/Site Visits: Conduct routine, low-complexity visits (e.g., dealer check-ins, delivering paperwork) while accompanying senior staff on high-value calls to learn the process.
·              Lead Identification: Actively survey assigned territories for new construction sites, noting project stages and identifying key decision-makers (site engineers, purchase managers).
·              Data Entry & CRM Support: Accurately log all client interactions, new leads, and competitor activity into the company's CRM system (e.g., Zoho CRM) under supervision.
·              Logistics Coordination: Helping coordinate material delivery schedules and following up on pending payment collections from smaller clients. 
2. Essential Skills·              Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude towards understanding product specifications, industry jargon (like thickness, fire ratings, etc.), and sales techniques.
·              Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and often local languages (like Gujarati, given the current location context).
·              Basic Digital Literacy: Comfort using smartphones, email, CRM apps, and possibly basic spreadsheet software.
·              Physical Stamina: The role is highly active, requiring extensive travel within a city or region and spending significant time outdoors and on job sites.

Requirements
