Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Bench Sales Recruiter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in marketing bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) and must be well-versed in H1B transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) with direct clients and prime vendors.

Develop strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.

Identify suitable requirements and submit consultants proactively.

Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.

Maintain daily and weekly reports on submissions and interviews.

Ensure regular follow-ups with consultants and provide timely updates.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Bench Sales.

Must have experience with

H1B transfer candidates

.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of US tax terms and work authorization types.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve targets.
