Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.

Identify and engage potential clients across the US staffing market.

Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers.

Schedule meetings and appointments for the business development team.

Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline updates.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to support revenue growth initiatives.

Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and activity targets.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of Inside Sales experience

.

At least

1 year of experience in the staffing or recruitment industry

.

Experience in

US Staffing or Workforce Solutions

is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven with a proactive attitude.

Willingness to work during US business hours.

Preferred Skills

Experience selling staffing or workforce solutions to US clients.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

High level of accountability and a customer-first mindset.
