D2C Alliances & Partnerships Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented D2C Alliances & Partnerships Executive to drive strategic collaborations and business partnerships for brand growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing alliances that enhance customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue generation across D2C and alternate business channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities for business growth
• Build and manage relationships with brands, marketplaces, agencies, affiliate partners, and external stakeholders
• Drive collaborations across pharmacy chains, FMCG channels, wellness brands, e-commerce platforms, and alternate business channels
• Coordinate partnership campaigns, co-branded activities, and promotional initiatives
• Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnership deliverables
• Monitor partnership performance, sales contribution, and ROI metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, e-commerce, sales, and operations for smooth execution
• Research market trends and identify new alliance opportunities to expand brand reach

• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of D2C business models, e-commerce ecosystems, and partnerships
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, presentations, and reporting
• Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset and execution focus

Preferred Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or D2C growth roles
• Prior experience in FMCG, skincare, beauty, wellness, healthcare, or consumer brands preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field
