Supply Chain Executive

Dermatouch is a fast-growing skincare brand committed to delivering dermatologically tested, high-quality products directly to our customers. We are expanding our operations and looking for a Supply Chain Executive who has strong experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) supply chain management to ensure smooth and efficient logistics across e-commerce and quick commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across D2C and e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners, courier services, and warehouses for order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, track product movement, and ensure stock availability across channels.
• Oversee packaging, labeling, and dispatch SOPs to ensure compliance and quality.
• Collaborate with customer care and operations teams to reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and failed deliveries.
• Ensure efficient reverse logistics handling for returns/exchanges.
• Work closely with vendors for procurement, agreements, and performance evaluation.
• Generate MIS reports, analyze shipment data, and recommend process improvements.
• Drive cost optimization, TAT (Turnaround Time) reduction, and operational scalability.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in supply chain management (preferably with a D2C brand, FMCG, or e-commerce).
• Proven experience in 3PL management, courier coordination, and warehouse operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP/SAP, or logistics management tools.
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
