Freight Forwarding Project Coordinator

Key responsibilities: Handling and managing general cargo and project shipments, incl. full operational (technical) and cost control / profitability (commercial) aspects Assist in the preparation of RFQ and tender responses for both Government and Private companies. Serving as a point of contact for clients, partners and other offices for any project operations-related issues Shipping all kind of cargo, incl. out-of-gauge and heavy lift cargo across the globe Coordinating and negotiating with subcontractors, sourcing competitive rates from potential subcontractors and reviewing and posting invoices and billing customers Calculating and monitoring project profits Supporting sales team in writing up offers and proposals to clients Administration and support in daily business activities in a global business environment Supporting management (local and regional) in reporting, etc.
