We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Trainer to join our team in Ahmedabad.

📍 Position: Hospitality Trainer
📍 Location: Ahmedabad
💼 Experience Required: 3–5 years in the hospitality industry
🎓 Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

🕒 Working Days

• Monday to Saturday
• Sunday: Weekly off

💰 Salary

• ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Train and mentor hospitality staff and trainees
• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback
• Ensure high standards of customer service and hospitality practices
• Support placement readiness and industry grooming of candidates

✅ Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to motivate and guide trainees effectively
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace)
