PHE Site engineer

proactive and technically sound PHE Site Engineer to handle execution, coordination, and monitoring of Plumbing, Drainage, Water Supply, STP/WTP, and Fire Fighting works at site. The candidate should be capable of managing site activities, subcontractors, quality, and project timelines efficiently.

Site Execution

• Execute Plumbing & Fire Fighting works as per approved drawings and specifications.

• Supervise installation of:

• Water supply systems

• Drainage & sewage systems

• Storm water lines

• Fire Fighting piping & equipment

• STP/WTP related piping works

• Ensure work completion as per project schedule.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, HVAC, and other MEP teams.

• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and project management teams.

• Resolve site execution clashes and technical issues.

Planning & Monitoring

• Monitor daily site progress and manpower productivity.

• Prepare daily/weekly work plans and progress updates.

• Ensure material availability as per execution schedule.

Quality & Safety

• Ensure works are executed as per approved standards and safety guidelines.

• Conduct inspections and testing activities.

• Maintain quality checklists and site records.

Billing & Documentation

• Verify measurements and quantities executed at site.

• Support RA billing and subcontractor billing processes.

• Maintain DPRs, material records, and inspection reports.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems

• Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple agencies

• Site execution & manpower handling skills

• BOQ understanding and quantity verification

• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Software Knowledge:

• AutoCAD

• MS Excel

• Basic knowledge of Revit/BIM (preferred)
