Assistant Manager - Operations

Description and Requirements

• Supervise end-to-end hub operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, loading, and dispatch.

• Ensure timely movement of shipments as per the scheduled linehaul plan.

• Monitor shipment scans and maintain operational accuracy.

• Lead and manage hub staff, supervisors, and contractual manpower.

• Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and dock utilization.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company SOPs.

• Track daily operational KPIs and prepare MIS reports.
