Roles & Responsibilities
| * Cash Tally with nil outstanding on a daily basis. (FOR WALK IN only) |
| * Weighing scale calibration and its record keeping before 10am. |
| * Maintaining adequate Stocks of flyers / smart boxes / easy express boxes at all times via ordering process from Store side. (verifying SOP to be automated) |
| * Ensuring 5S Retail Brand guidelines are followed. Proactive measure taken to resolve any issue related to Upkeep. |
| * Ensure Uniform Cleanliness and Personal grooming is maintained |
| * Maintain NPS scores |
| * Growth on Revenue, Shipments, Intl for the Year, TDD, CCE and SMART box |
Eligibility
- Not in active PIP or under disciplinary action.
- Minimum educational qualification graduation in any stream.
