Business Development Executive – ERP (North America, EMEA & APAC)

Dhyey Consulting, a global Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform partner, is expanding its presence across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Key Responsibilities: Execute partner-led sales and channel development strategies. Identify, onboard, and enable resellers, VARs, and implementation partners. Manage the complete sales cycle — from outreach and demos to proposals and closures. Prepare and maintain Proposals, SOWs, MSAs, and Quotes. Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams for campaigns and regional initiatives. Maintain disciplined CRM documentation and sales reporting. Ability to work different time zones. Technical Capabilities: Understanding of ERP / CRM / solutions Microsoft Dynamics preferred not required. Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM-based sales tracking. Exposure to Account-Based Sales, lead nurturing, and structured outreach. Strong proposal writing and documentation skills. Soft Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation abilities. Highly organized, focused, and multitasking-oriented. Strong ownership mindset with a passion to learn and grow. Adaptable to AI-driven digital sales environments.
