We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems while maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity. The Data Entry Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any discrepancies in data entry.

Requirements

Intermediate diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role

Excellent typing speed and accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Knowledge of data entry best practices and procedures
