Associate - CSMO

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our CLM Domestic Diversified | Inbound team as an Associate - CSMO. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring they align with our company objectives and market opportunities. Your insights and actions will directly impact our success in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing sales and marketing plans that drive business growth.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitor activities in the food industry.
• Inform strategic decision-making by providing insights and analysis derived from market research.
• Handle miscellaneous mail communication with vendors regarding compliance, defective products, and other administrative matters.
• Support the maintenance of documentation related to health, safety, and administrative activities.
• Monitor and record purchase weights to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities.
• Assist in the development of compelling sales collateral and marketing materials.
• Support the CSMO in achieving short-term and long-term business goals.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or related role, ideally in the food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic knowledge of marketing automation tools is an asset.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to work, with a passion for sales and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive and collaborative attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
