Branch Operations Executive

The Branch Operations Executive will be an integral part of our team, responsible for overseeing and managing daily operations within our branch. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of back-office processes and be able to ensure smooth and efficient operations, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and communicate with various teams to align operations.
• Implement and maintain efficient back-office processes and systems.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff members on operational procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Strong knowledge of back-office operations and processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
