Credit Processing Analyst

As a Credit Processing Analyst, you will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. Your primary focus will be on handling credit-related inquiries, processing applications, and providing exceptional customer support. This role is an integral part of our customer-centric approach, ensuring smooth and efficient credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Process credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timely approval.
• Review and analyze credit reports and financial documents.
• Maintain and update customer credit records and profiles.
• Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related issues.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Conduct credit risk assessments and make informed recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in credit processing.
• Maintain a high level of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist in developing and implementing credit processing policies and procedures.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in credit processing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis and underwriting principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with credit scoring models and risk assessment tools.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
