Customer Care Executive

The Customer Care Executive plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty by promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns. Working within the CLM Domestic Diversified | Inbound team, your key responsibility will be to uphold the company's reputation for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and compassionately
• Process customer orders and manage accounts
• Recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs, offering tailored advice
• Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues
• Ensure the customer database is up-to-date and accurate
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Rotate shifts to provide coverage across the 24/7 support model

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic approach
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
• Experience in a customer support role is an asset
• Adaptability to learn company-specific software
• Dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays, is required
