Customer Relationship Executive

As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues they may have. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key in delivering a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction.
• Ensure data privacy and security during customer interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of BFSI industry and its products/services is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
