Data Entry Operator

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering and organizing data related to tasting markings, comments, and publications. Your role involves assisting with tasting planning, tracking pending offers, and maintaining data integrity. Additionally, you will prepare pre-auction data, upload auction bills, and handle private bill inquiries and purchase sample tracking.

Responsibilities

• Enter tasting markings and comments into Infiniti and publish tasting data.
• Assist with tasting planning and offer tracking.
• Maintain data checks and hygiene to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare pre-auction data, including e-auction uploads and generating comments.
• Upload auction bills and manage private bill inquiries.
• Resolve queries related to private bills and ensure timely responses.
• Track and update purchase sample information.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth data flow and efficient operations.
• Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Infiniti or similar data management software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
• Basic knowledge of auction processes and data preparation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with data security best practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are advantageous.
