FOS Collection Executive

As a FOS Collection Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring the timely recovery of overdue amounts. Your primary focus will be on collecting outstanding payments from delinquent customers, while also providing excellent customer service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering information via various channels.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent customers to negotiate and arrange payment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or collection role.
