Legal Officer

As a Legal Officer, you will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our team. This role involves visiting courts, researching legal matters, and ensuring our processes adhere to legal requirements. Your work will contribute to the smooth operation of our collections department and help maintain our company's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Visit courts and attend legal proceedings as required.
• Research and analyze legal documents and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements in all collections processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and data.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the collections team.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance.
• Stay updated on legal trends and changes relevant to our industry.
• Prepare and present legal reports to management.
• Handle legal inquiries and provide timely responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in collections or manpower.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in legal writing and drafting.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency in legal software and MS Office.
