MIS Executive

As an MIS Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's Management Information Systems. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to optimize data management, reporting, and analysis processes. This role requires a strong understanding of MIS principles and the ability to work closely with various teams to identify and address their information needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's MIS systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and implement efficient data management processes, including data collection, storage, and retrieval.
• Create and deliver accurate and timely reports to support decision-making across various departments.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their information requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.
• Provide training and support to users on the effective use of MIS systems and tools.
• Document and maintain MIS system processes and procedures for reference and future enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
