Description

As an OPS - EXE, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the inbound team. This role is crucial in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth flow of inbound processes. You will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement, implement strategies, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the inbound team's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely task completion.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in inbound processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of inbound processes with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular performance feedback to team members, offering guidance and support for professional development.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide updates, and foster a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using operational management tools and software, including CRM systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn new skills, staying updated with industry advancements.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a track record of driving operational improvements and achieving goals.
