Analyst - Implementation

The Implementation Analyst plays a key role in deploying and configuring our platform for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with Implementation Managers, Product, Engineering, and Client stakeholders throughout the entire implementation lifecycle. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring the platform, coordinating system setup and data uploads, assisting with testing and UAT, supporting client communication and training, and providing go-live and hypercare support. The role demands strong analytical skills, structured project management, and excellent client communication abilities. You'll need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely deliverables and client satisfaction.
