Erection Engineers / Supervisors (3–4 Positions)
Position Title: Erection Engineer / Supervisor Location: JSW – Dolvi Site Reports To: Site In–Charge
Role Overview: Responsible for execution and supervision of erection work fronts as per drawings and quality standards.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**Read and interpret erection drawings, GA drawings, and isometrics.Supervise fabrication fit–up, bolting, and welding at site.Coordinate with subcontractors and allocate manpower for smooth progress.Ensure alignment, leveling, and proper torque tightening.Raise inspection calls for client/third–party inspections.Maintain daily erection log and report to Site In–Charge.Ensure use of correct tools, tackles, and lifting procedures.Follow all site safety protocols and stop unsafe acts.
**Key Skills & Competencies:**Hands–on experience in erection of structural steel.Ability to lead workmen and subcontract teams.Knowledge of lifting tools, alignment methods, and welding quality checks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Structural
- 2–4 years of experience in structural erection
