Graduate Engineer Trainee

**Job Overview:**We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (Mechanical Engineers) to join our production team in the structural fabrication line. Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Operations:

• Assist in the execution of daily production tasks in the structural fabrication line.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision to achieve production targets.
• Ensure the timely and efficient fabrication of structural components.

2. Process Improvement:

• Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to implement optimization techniques for productivity enhancement.

3. Quality Assurance:

• Conduct inspections of fabricated components to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Report non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate production records, including work progress and material usage.
• Prepare reports on operational performance as required by supervisors.

5. Safety and Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment in the production unit.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Planning, QA/QC, and Maintenance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

• BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering (2024/2023 pass-outs preferred)
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry
• Basic understanding of structural fabrication processes
• Proficiency in mechanical drawing interpretation
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to learn and work in a dynamic environment
