Project Supervision & Coordination

• Lead daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and schedules.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and company management.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for smooth operations.

Execution & Quality Control

• Oversee fabrication and erection of steel structures, equipment installation, and related works.
• Verify alignment, level, and quality as per approved drawings and standards.
• Ensure work meets contractual and quality specifications.

Safety & Compliance

• Implement and monitor safety protocols at site.
• Conduct tool-box talks and ensure compliance with statutory and site-specific safety rules.

Material & Resource Management

• Monitor and record material usage, handle site inventory, and raise indents for requirements.
• Coordinate material delivery and avoid project delays.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) for management and client.
• Maintain project records including method statements, inspection reports, and measurement books.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution

• Address site challenges, including technical queries, material shortages, or erection sequence issues.
